Learning Support Assistant – Level 2 

22.5 hours per week 8.30am–1pm.
Salary approx. £12,600 (pay award pending).


This role is to assist a named student and will only be in place for the duration that the student is at this school.

Trinity St Stephen CE (Aided) First School is a thriving school close to the town centre of Windsor. We are looking to appoint a Learning Support Assistant to join our team of caring and committed staff to help us achieve the very best for our children. The successful candidate will be required to provide intimate care for which training will be given.

The successful candidate will:

  • Enjoy working with young children. 
  • Have enthusiasm, patience and energy.
  • Have good communication skills.
  • Be flexible and able to work on their own initiative.
  • Be required to support learning in the classroom.
  • Be committed to teamwork.
  • Be interested in furthering their own learning.
