Learning Support Assistant 1:1

SEND – to work with a child with SEMH needs.
Monday–Friday to start September 2021.
30 hours per week.
West Berkshire Council Scale C: £9.62–£10.00ph (£18,562–19,312 pro rata).
Closing date: 9am, Friday 18 June 2021.

We are seeking a Learning Support Assistant to work with a KS2 child with SEMH needs.

You will need: 

  • SEND Experience essential
  • Ability to adapt a therapeutic approach to support behavioural needs
  • Enthusiasm, patience and energy
  • Good basic standard of literacy & numeracy
  • Commitment to work as part of a team to ensure the best for our children
  • Good communication skills
  • A love of outdoor learning
  • Ability to be proactive, flexible and work under own initiative
  • To be supportive of our Catholic ethos
