Learning Mentors (Teaching Assistants)

Specialising in Neurodiversity or Social, Emotional and Mental Health.
Grade SCP 3–5: £18,562 FTE actual; starting salary £12,890. 
30 hours per week, term time only, plus Inset days.
Required as soon as possible.

Learning mentors at The Wren School help students develop coping strategies, enhance their motivation, raise their aspirations and encourage them to engage as happy and confident learners. Working alongside other colleagues in school, learning mentors advocate for young people in order to improve their outcomes.
