High Close School is a flourishing residential and day special school catering for pupils aged 7–16 with a complex range of needs. Teaching and learning takes place in small class groups with a high level of support. The school was judged to be Good by Ofsted (March 2018).
We are seeking a teacher for maternity cover who is able to inspire a small class of pupils with a range of additional needs. We wish to appoint a committed professional who are lively and have a positive nature to join our team. We are looking for a teacher who has high expectations for learning and behaviour, who believes that every young person can achieve and who wants to leave work every day knowing that they have made a difference.
