Salary: Level 2 SCP 3–4; £18,991–£19,352 FTE. Actual Salary £10,704–£10,908.
25 hours per week/Term Time only.

Claycots School is a large, multi-site school which is judged Good by Ofsted. The Executive Headteacher is excited to be recruiting Teaching Assistants to support children with additional needs who will be based at our Town hall Campus.

We have a number of vacancies for people with a positive attitude and a can do approach. You will be required to provide specific support for individuals and small groups of children under the direction of the class teacher. 

We are looking for people who will:

  • Be enthusiastic, highly motivated and bring a sense of energy and passion to the role.
  • Have a good level of general education – English and Maths at GCSE Grade 4 or above is essential.
  • Have the ability to use their initiative to work independently and flexibly.
  • Have experience of working with children
  • Be able to form appropriate, professional relationships with children and adults.
