Inclusion Mentor

Band E7–F19. £24,294–£29,777 pa, FTE; £19,480–£23,876 pa, actual.
Full-time, 35 hours per week, term time only, plus five training days.
Required as soon as possible.

We are looking to appoint an Inclusion Mentor to provide care and guidance to vulnerable students, in liaison with Head of Learning and SENDCo. Previous knowledge of working with young people and external agencies would be an advantage. Proven skills of negotiation and conflict resolution would assist in your application as you will be dealing with difficult situations. You will be working with an experienced and supportive team. 

The Willink is a successful and oversubscribed school with a strong international ethos, listed in the top ten non-selective schools in Berkshire in 2019. The school has 1250 students on roll including 220 in the Sixth Form, and is situated in a pleasant semi-rural setting south west of Reading.
