Inclusion Mentor

Salary scale E: £16,954–£22,183 pa, FTE.
31.25 hours per week, term time only, plus 3 training days.
Fixed term until 31 August 2021
Required January 2021 or as soon as possible.

We are looking to appoint an Inclusion Mentor to provide care and guidance to vulnerable students, in liaison with Head of Learning and SENDCO. Previous knowledge of working with young people and external agencies would be an advantage. Proven skills of negotiation and conflict resolution would assist in your application as you will be dealing with difficult situations. You will be working with an experienced and supportive team. 

The Willink is a successful and oversubscribed school. It has 1150 students on roll including 190 in the Sixth Form, and is situated in a pleasant semi-rural setting South West of Reading.
