Lambs Lane School is a 240 place mainstream Primary School with a Resource for Pupils with Complex Needs.
An exciting and unique opportunity has arisen at Lambs Lane for the new academic year. We are looking for an Inclusion Manager to work 4 or 5 days a week, who is passionate about inclusion and working with children with complex needs. The successful candidate will be responsible for the children in our Resource supporting both the pupils with complex needs and SEN. They will also work with staff ensuring children’s specific needs are met. You will act as the SENCO to the school, working closely with the Headteacher and the SLT to ensure the needs of our resourced and SEN children are met fully, and that school practice relating to inclusion is exemplary.
