Wescott Infant School is looking to appoint an inspirational headteacher to enable the continued success of the school. Wescott is a successful, popular and inclusive school, which has a facility for eight pupils with Autistic Spectrum Disorders.

The successful candidate will:

  • Be child focused and will make every child feel valued and encouraged to fulfil their potential and continue our school’s vision of inclusion and growth mindset.
  • Be able to demonstrate excellent strategic abilities ensuring the optimum use of data and resources in leading the school to achieve effective child-centred outcomes.
  • Be an excellent communicator with strong leadership and organisational skills to work closely in partnership with staff, pupils, parents, Governors and the local community.

  • Consistently good levels of progress by children of all abilities leading to high levels of achievement.
