Lynch Hill Enterprise Academy is at an exciting time in its development and seeks a Headteacher to continue its journey of improvement, be an ambassador for the school and raise its profile in the local and wider community.
Lynch Hill Enterprise Academy was opened in September 2014 under the Free Schools Programme and now has students in Years 7-11. This summer our first cohort of Year 11 students will sit their GCSE examinations. The school is housed in purpose-built brand new accommodation, which is in the north of Slough and will eventually have in excess of 900 students on roll.
Lynch Hill Enterprise Academy is a member of SEBMAT (Slough and East Berkshire C of E Multi-Academy Trust) and is one of 5 schools in the Trust with great potential to improve outcomes for children and opportunities for staff. The Trust wishes to appoint a Headteacher to be in charge of the day to day running and strategic direction of the school and who will focus relentlessly on teaching and learning and preparing students for academic success. Since January 2018 Lynch Hill Enterprise Academy has been supported by Slough and Eton C of E Business and Enterprise College (within SEBMAT) and this arrangement will continue where appropriate with the newly appointed Headteacher working alongside Slough and Eton staff to continue to bring about the necessary improvements.
