Monday–Friday 10am–2pm (20 hours/week).
38 weeks term time plus 3 weeks non term time inclusive of INSET days (41 weeks).

We are looking to appoint a Finance Officer to assist with the day to day running of our busy Finance Department. Reporting to the Finance Director you will be responsible for processing orders, reconciling catering money, banking and many other finance duties.
The successful candidate will have excellent Excel, Word and other Microsoft package knowledge, and the ability to adapt and learn the use of software packages unique to schools such as FMS and Parentpay.
Applicants must demonstrate the flexibility to work efficiently in a busy and fast-moving environment, attention to detail and the ability to work to deadlines.
A good understanding of Finance procedures is essential although specific system training will be given to the right candidate. Previous experience of working in a finance environment is essential for this role.
Previous experience of secondary school employment would be helpful but is not essential as we will provide all the necessary training to help you to be successful.
