Salary Level 6, SCP 24–29: £32,101–£36,413 inc. London Weighting,
pro-rated for term time only hours plus 5 inset days.
Pro-rata (actual) salary £17,850–£20,248.
Hours: 24 hours per week; flexible working can be negotiated.

The SEBD Outreach Service (SEBDOS) are a group of professionals who work with schools, families and pupils who have Social, Emotional and Mental Health Difficulties that make it hard for them to reach their potential at school. The key aims for the Service are preventing exclusion and raising achievement. SEBDOS is highly regarded and successful, and has contributed to Slough’s low exclusion rates. We work in partnership with other services and agencies; multi-disciplinary working is well established and produces excellent outcomes for children and families.
We are looking for an experienced individual who will provide a family support link which will serve the needs of children experiencing emotional and behavioural difficulties, either in school or at home and whose education is at risk. The role will involve working with children, young people and their families across all school phases.
