Reading Girls’ School is a partially selective girls’ school in south Reading. It is ‘performing in the top 1% of all schools nationally’ (Department for Education, November 2019) and was graded with an overall effectiveness of ‘GOOD’ with ‘OUTSTANDING’ features by Ofsted in November 2021.
We are seeking to appoint an experienced Examinations Officer who will be responsible for the smooth running and administration of all public examinations for the school and assessments. You will liaise with teachers, students, parents and examination boards in respect of examination requirements, entries, results and communications, ensuring that the school adheres to all Awarding Bodies regulations.
The successful candidate will have proven experience in a similar role and will be able to demonstrate a high level of communication skills both written and verbally. You will be able to work as part of a team but also demonstrate initiative and the ability to work alone. Proven experience in working with public examinations or equivalent would be advantageous.
