Early Years Practitioner

NJC Scale Point 5 to 11 dependent on qualification and experience
Full time and term time only.
Required March 2020.


We are looking for a committed practitioner to join our friendly EYFS team with a wealth of educational experience.

You will need to: 

  • Work proactively to inspire and interact with all children to give them the best early years’ experience.
  • Support your colleagues and work as part of a team in providing a safe, caring and stimulating environment.
  • Teach children, offering an appropriate level of support and challenge through engaging play experiences, for children aged 3–5.
  • Be a key person, liaising closely and building an effective relationship with parents/carers and ensuring each child’s needs are recognised and met.

The ideal candidate will:

  • Hold a suitable level 2 or above qualification.
  • Have understanding and experience of the EYFS framework.
  • Have good communication skills.
  • Be highly motivated and a team player.
  • Be committed to training and continuing professional development.
