We are seeking a dedicated and qualified Early Years Practitioner to join our friendly team at our Tilehurst-based preschool. This is a term-time only position, working a minimum of 4 days per week, from 8:30am to 3:30pm.

Key Responsibilities:

• Act as a keyworker, supporting a group of children through their early development
• Maintain and update learning journals and contribute to room planning
• Provide personal care and ensure the wellbeing of all children
• Build strong, positive relationships with parents and carers, communicating daily
• Help maintain a clean, safe, and stimulating environment
• Liaise with external professionals such as speech and language therapists, family support workers, and social workers
• Complete relevant reports, records, and documentation as required

About You:

• Hold a relevant Early Years qualification
• Have a solid understanding of the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS)
• Previous experience in an early years setting is essential
• Experience supporting children with Special Educational Needs (SEN) is desirable but not essential
• A team player with excellent communication and organisational skills
