Co-Headteacher/Co-Headship/Job Share 

Could you share your headship?

I have just completed my first co-headship, as well as Masters research in co-leadership. I am now looking for a second co-headship in a Berkshire primary/junior school.

Co-headship has become an increasingly popular way of leading schools and has many benefits, both to the co-headteachers themselves and the schools that employ them.

Co-headship positions are rarely advertised, so I am taking the unusual steps of advertising myself.

So, about me:

• My philosophy is very much about harnessing a love of learning by helping children to find and develop that interest/passion that will engage them in their education, and journey through life.
• I am male, 40 years of age, and hold Batchelor and Masters degrees, as well as NPQH (2016). I have predominately worked in schools in the Royal Borough of Windsor and Maidenhead. I currently reside in Wokingham and I am open to working in surrounding Local Authorities.
