The Kite Primary Federation is made up of two small, rural primary schools on the outskirts of Newbury in easy reach of the A34 and M4. Stockcross C. of E. Primary School and Welford & Wickham C. of E. Primary School were federated in 2020 with the current Executive Headteacher taking up the post in September 2022. 

We are seeking a Deputy Headteacher to work within the Kite Primary Federation based at Stockcross Primary School but working in close partnership with the Deputy Headteacher at Welford & Wickham and the Executive Headteacher in developing collaboration between the schools. 

The successful candidate will be an excellent, committed and passionate teacher and leader. They will be excited to become an integral part of the strategic development of Stockcross school within the Kite Primary Federation as the schools and the federation move from strength to strength.
