A small successful special school for pupils 2–16 years with severe or profound learning difficulties, ASD and complex needs. The school is on a split site with an inclusive ethos. It is situated close to Reading. 

We have a vacancy for 2 class teachers – 1 full time and a 0.4 – to cover maternity leave in our secondary and primary departments. The contract will be for 1 year in the first instance. We are looking for caring, creative and enthusiastic individuals who will work closely with parents to provide positive learning experiences for our pupils. 

We welcome applications from teachers in Primary or Secondary mainstream schools who are looking to move into special education, as well as those currently working in special schools. NQTs are very welcome to apply.
