Beyond Teaching – Transform Lives Beyond the Classroom

Are you an inspirational teacher looking for a fresh opportunity
to make a life-changing difference?

At Hygge, we believe the nurturing skills of educators are invaluable and we invite you to apply them in a new, profoundly meaningful way.

Hygge’s therapeutic children’s homes are healing havens for children who have experienced trauma. We’re searching for compassionate individuals to become Children’s Support Workers and help create a safe, ordinary family life filled with adventure, care and hope for children in care.

The Role
You will build trusting relationships, help children learn and be curious, provide emotional support and implement trauma-informed approaches that encourage healing and growth. Through therapeutic activities, daily routines and individualised care, you’ll guide children to develop resilience, self-worth and confidence.

What You’ll Bring

  • Experience working with children and young people.
  • A playful, empathetic and curious approach to fostering relationships.
  • A passion for promoting the well-being of children who need you most.

Step away from late night lesson planning, curriculum demands and the ordinary.

Join us to create extraordinary futures.
