25 hours per week, all year £13,212–£14,301 (£19,554 - £21,166 full time equivalent).
5 hours per day, although flexibility over actual hours would be of benefit.
Initially fixed term until end March 2020, but this may be extended.
24 days annual leave plus 8 days bank holidays.
Car owner/driver essential, may include some evening lock ups.

We are looking for someone who is friendly, committed and enjoys being around young children to join our Centre as a Caretaker.

The role is varied and interesting and will include some:

  • general DIY work
  • security responsibilities for locking/unlocking the Centre
  • daily cleaning duties
  • manual handling when setting up rooms for meetings etc
  • liaison and monitoring of contractors on site
  • health and safety awareness and understanding
