We are seeking a business manager to lead finance and HR in our multi-academy trust based in Cippenham, Slough. Our two schools, Cippenham Infant and Cippenham Primary, educate over a thousand pupils with pride, inspiration, excitement and care.
You will provide ambition and direction to our newly formed central business and admin team, ensuring that resources are used effectively and financial management is of a high standard. You will work with the executive principal and senior leadership team to fulfil our aim of being an exemplary employer. You will ensure our services to our schools are always rated highly, allowing our principals to focus their attention on maintaining the high quality of education in their schools.
You will need to be a highly organised and experienced administrator with a strong financial background able to manage company and charity accounts. You should meet tier 4 of the ISBL (NASBM) finance professional standards. Strong IT skills are essential, experience of SIMs and Civica packages would be an advantage, although training will be provided on all aspects of the role.
You will line manage an HR Lead, a finance lead and a premises manager, all experienced and able to provide school facing support to a high standard. Management of the IT network contract is also part of this role.
