Situated in the picturesque village of Holyport, close to Windsor, Maidenhead and London, Holyport College is the country’s first state day and boarding free school and has Eton College as its sole education sponsor. 

We are looking for a Bursar who will be experienced at working in a public or private sector organisation at senior level and will be prepared to lead, inspire and challenge. 

His or her overall responsibilities are summarised as:

  • To lead and manage the business, premises and finance systems within Holyport College, ensuring best value in support of the College’s educational aims.
  • To provide a strategic lead, as part of the Senior Leadership Team working with Governors, in relation to the growth and sustainability of the college.
  • To line manage designated teams of support staff in pursuit of the College’s aims and targets.
