Permanent position – 37 hours a week, term time only plus 2 Inset days.
Actual salary £18,023–£21,116 (depending on experience).

We are seeking to recruit an Attendance Manager. This role will provide a specialist service within the wider pastoral team to support the school in meeting its obligations and targets in relation to student attendance, including persistent absence, with a focus on SEND and PP students. The successful candidate will contribute to raising achievement through improving school attendance. They will be required to take the lead in creating strategies that promote the importance of good attendance. To support this, they will have strong interpersonal skills and the ability to forge strong working partnerships with senior leaders, staff, students, parents/carers and external agencies. The ability to accurately record, collate and analyse attendance data is essential. The Attendance Manager will have experience of working with young people, possibly within a similar role, and ideally in a school environment.
Candidates must also be able to demonstrate an ability to fulfil all aspects of the role with confidence through the medium of English and be committed to making a positive contribution to the achievement of the school’s aims and CHARACTER values.
