Salary scale point 10–17. Full time, 37 hours per week, term time + one additional week.

We are seeking an Attendance and Welfare Manager who will be: 

  • Proactive in engaging with students, parents and staff with the positive impacts of good attendance. 
  • Firm with a sensitive approach. 
  • Aware of child protection and bullying issues. 
  • Experienced in working with children with special, emotional or behavioural needs. 
  • Experienced in working in a school setting ideally with secondary-age children. 
  • Excellent in their written, verbal and non-verbal communication skills.
