Elmhurst School is a welcoming and inspiring place to be. The school is planning to join the Great Learners Trust in June 2019 and is currently on a rapid journey of school improvement. It is an exciting time for our whole school community and we are expanding the Senior Leadership Team to build capacity so that we can achieve our aspirations.
We are seeking an ambitious and energetic professional with experience of leading teams, monitoring teaching and learning, and with experience of successfully leading improvement and raising standards. The successful candidate will have a proven track record of excellent classroom practice and will understand the importance of cultivating a strong learning culture for all stakeholders. An interest in curriculum development would also be welcomed.
