Our ambitious Governing Body seeks to appoint an Assistant Head Teacher who is organised, creative and has the ability to manage projects. Through nurturing, inspiring, challenging and motivating pupils and staff alike, the successful candidate will support the evolution of our vision and build on the school’s current success. 

You will be expected to:

  • have the ability to nurture and support the progress of teaching staff at the beginning of their careers
  • support the development of our committed staff team through monitoring and observation
  • manage and develop links to ensure that staff have a wide range of CPD opportunities, that meets individual and school needs to raise pupil achievement
  • work in partnership with enthusiastic children, their parents and our innovative staff and governors

Additionally on site we have The Harbour Centre which is one of eight centres in Surrey providing a specialist education for children with learning and additional needs through a multi-sensory approach and The Haven Sure Start Children’s Centre which supports families from Egham, Englefield Green and Staines.
