Office Administrator – 32.5 hours per week.
Term Time plus 5 Inset Days. Salary according to experience.

Due to long serving staff retirement, the Governors of Iqra Primary School are looking to appoint dynamic, efficient, skilled and self-motivated team players to join the school office team. 

The successful candidates will need to have:

  • experience of leading a team (Senior Office Administrator position only)
  • excellent interpersonal skills
  • an excellent telephone manner
  • the initiative to complete tasks in a timely manner
  • the ability to prioritise demands and be adaptable 
  • have skills in office procedures
  • the ability to work as part of a team
  • the ability to work happily in a busy environment under pressure of deadlines and multiple tasks
  • excellent command of the English language, including spelling, punctuation and grammar

Candidates must have previous experience and knowledge of school admin systems/processes including SIMS.
