Administration Apprentice

Required as soon as possible.
Salary £5.00 per hour.
Monday to Friday, 8am to 4:30pm with half an hour lunch break, term time only + 5 INSET days.

A vacancy exists for an Administration apprentice to complement our existing administration team. The ideal candidate will be a bright energetic person with good communication skills who is able to work well as part of a team. You must be organised and self-motivated with good attention to detail.

In this role you will help provide a comprehensive administrative support to the school including providing support to the Senior Leadership Team, staff, governors, pupils and parents. The role will include providing administration for Extra Curricular clubs. You will also assist with running an effective front of house service, resolving front-line enquires from children, parents and visitors, therefore a good level of spoken English is essential. 

You will be involved with supporting our families and children and helping out with the busy life of our growing school. Some assistance with first aid will be needed from time to time, however we are happy to provide training for this aspect of the role.

As an apprentice you be expected to work full time, term time only and attend college one day every other week to study Business Administration to achieve a Level 2 or 3 recognised qualification.

As well as enjoying working with children, you will need to be patient, flexible, reliable and trustworthy.

The hours of work are Monday to Friday from 8:00am to 4:30pm with half an hour lunch break, term time only + 5 INSET days.

Salary – £5.00 per hour.
