Salary: L18–L24; £60,755 - £70,370

The governors, staff and children of the Federation wish to appoint a new Executive Headteacher who is a highly motivated, dynamic and energetic leader who will inspire our children with a broad and creative curriculum.

We are looking for an Executive headteacher who: 

  • Is a practising Catholic with a comprehensive understanding of Catholic education
  • Will lead, motivate and inspire staff, with a clear vision for the future direction of each school and the Federation
  • Is passionate about developing teaching & learning with an imaginative and effective approach
  • Supports staff with continuous improvement and a strong ethos of professional development 
  • Is an open, honest and effective communicator who leads by example
  • Can balance resources efficiently and effectively in a way that maximises performance and ensures the financial sustainability of the Federation
  • Will continue to promote a strong sense of engagement with children and staff, parents, parishes alongside the wider community
  • Has high expectations and aspirations and will promote and celebrate the achievements of all children
  • Will continue to build on the existing successes and awards the schools have achieved
