1:1 Welfare Support

Salary Range: £11.27 – £13.21 per hour
Hours: 30 hours per week (8:30am-3:30pm Monday to Friday)

We have a vacancy for a PDR TA to support an individual pupil with complex medical needs. The primary role is supporting the pupil’s learning; additionally, the role involves supporting the child’s carer in managing their tracheostomy and meeting their other physical needs. The successful candidate will work alongside class teachers to help meet the pupil’s educational needs and allow them to make rapid and sustained progress in all areas of their development as we well alongside the pupil’s carer to meet their physical needs. A good general education, a pleasant personality, and the ability to work as part of a team are key. Prior experience of tracheostomy support and working with children with Autistic Spectrum Condition are desirable.
