Permanent Teaching Assistant Role

To start as soon as possible.
Grade B, 31.25 hours per week, term time only.
Salary starting at £9.25 per hour (£12,658 actual).

We are seeking to appoint a highly motivated person to join our school, supporting pupils in lessons to enable them to access the curriculum, as well as working closely with teachers. The TA will work in partnership with teachers, parents, carers and other practitioners to support good progress and achievement for all pupils.

The ability to be flexible, as well as to build good working relationships with pupils, parents, carers and staff is a key requirement. A willingness to learn, with a good general level of education is essential. This role may well appeal to people who are passionate about working with pupils who have special educational needs or disabilities. It would suit either an experienced or newly qualified TA. The role also includes being a lunchtime supervisor.
