We are seeking to appoint a Vice Principal—Curriculum & Achievement to lead our highly experienced and skilled teachers in meeting the special educational needs of our deaf pupils.

The Vice Principal—Curriculum & Achievement will be responsible for the delivery of outstanding teaching to create a vibrant and positive learning culture for our young people.

A brief overview of the tasks will be to:

  • To assist the Principal/CEO in providing executive leadership of the organisation/school.
  • To ensure that an appropriate and challenging curriculum is delivered to each pupil, to allow them to achieve their full potential.
  • To ensure the school is inclusive and that all pupils have the opportunity to reach the highest possible standards.
  • To promote and lead teaching and learning across the school and ensure it meets the needs of all pupils.
  • To provide leadership to ensure that all faculties are led well and deliver on their curriculum intent and with appropriate intervention for all pupils to achieve.
  • To promote and maintain high standards of behaviour throughout the school.
