Oaklands School is a new co-educational, independent Special Educational Needs (SEN) day school in Hungerford, West Berkshire. We provide unique, contemporary and enjoyable learning experiences for young people aged 5–16 years with special and individual needs.

KS1 Teacher with SEN experience
We’re looking for a professional, with a good working knowledge of Education, Health and Care Plans and the EYFS/KS1 curriculum who can plan, teach and assess effectively. You’ll inspire trust and confidence in learners and colleagues and demonstrate analytical thinking to improve the quality of learning and contribute to the achievement of the goals of our development plan.

Teachers (NQTs and QTS)
With a thorough knowledge of the curriculum and the ability to plan, teach and assess effectively, you’ll engage and motivate learners to progress and reach their potential. You’ll contribute to the development and implementation of school policies and use performance management processes to advance learning and enhance professional practice. Knowledge of Education, Health and Care Plans and SEND experience would be advantageous.
