Band D, SCP 5–9: £12.18 to £13.01 (approx. £20,188 to £21,564).
Term time only plus INSET days; 8.15am–4.15pm Monday to Friday.
Start date: September 2024.
Closing date: 1pm, Friday 17 May 2024.

Within this role we have the option to include the Clerk to the Governors position which has an additional salary. Please indicate if you are also interested in this position when applying.

We are looking for a proactive and motivated School Secretary to support in our school and join our established and talented team. You will have experience in a similar administration role, be able to use your own initiative and have great communication skills.

We are a supportive and friendly one-form-entry school who are highly focused on ‘getting it right’ for all of our pupils, families and stakeholders.

We are looking for a Secretary who:

• Is able to deliver support to the whole school
• Has the skills to work autonomously and as part of a team
• Has the ability to maintain and improve admin systems and procedures
• Is highly organised
• Is able to multitask
