School Office Manager

Salary Range: Scale 4 (Point 7-11) based on experience.
Hours of work: 35 hours per week, term time only plus five days INSET.

We are looking for an experienced, enthusiastic and motivated Office Manager to ensure the smooth running of the school office. The appointment requires someone who is highly organised and able to work under pressure in a busy environment. Well developed secretarial and communication skills are essential, to be able to communicate confidently with visitors and parents. The role will be offering administration/PA support to the Principal and Senior Leaders within the school, whilst maintaining a high level of confidentiality at all times. Knowledge of Sims would be desirable and having worked in a school would be an advantage.
