Job overview
The Reception Team leader role is essential to ensuring students at Grove have a positive start to their education. We are looking for an experienced teacher who will support their team to ensure that there is consistency across the Reception classes, and will work collaboratively with colleagues across the school to ensure that pupils leave Reception well prepared for the next stage of their education. The successful candidate will be an excellent teacher and will have high expectations of their team. They will line manage the teachers in their team and will ensure that teachers are confident at meeting the needs of all children in their class. This post is in addition to the ‘teacher’ job description.
