Learning Support Assistants

Salary: Level L 1–3 (FTE) £23,451–£25,304; actual salary £16,571–£17,881 pa.
Salary level dependent on experience.
Term-time only, 30.5 hrs per week.
Required as soon as possible.


We are seeking to appoint ambitious and highly effective Learning Support Assistants to join our strong support team here at The Langley Academy with an outstanding ethos where staff are supported to become the best. Training will be given and no previous experience is necessary. We are looking for colleagues to start as soon as possible. 

Our students benefit from a wealth of opportunities to develop, learn, and lead. This can be from the classroom to cultural visits, sports, music, and arts. The education and experiences equip our young people with the leadership skills, team spirit, resilience, and confidence to become outstanding citizens. 

You should have enthusiasm for education and the desire to make a real difference, an excellent command of English, good interpersonal skills as well as energy and commitment.
