Head of School

Salary: Leadership Scale 4–9.
Contract type: Full time and permanent.

The Downlands Federation is looking to appoint a dynamic and inspirational Head of School, who understands the power of deep collaboration; a leader who will work effectively with our Director of Primaries to continue to develop Compton school.
