We are looking for an enthusiastic lead teacher to support students in gaining a good grasp of basic skills in numeracy and literacy.

The successful candidate will be able to support and direct staff members in maximising students potential. This is a varied and challenging role requiring a flexible approach and the ability to offer wider curricula areas to young people who have often not had good experience of education.
