We currently have a vacancy for a qualified Early Years Practitioner to join our thriving Foundation Stage team. We are looking for someone committed, enthusiastic and flexible to join a friendly and professional team.

Early Years Practitioner

Scale RG3 (SCP 15–21) SP 15 – £17,072 pa, pro rata
Southcote: 36.25 hours a week, 8.30am–4.30pm to include 30 minute lunch-break cover
Term time plus INSET days.

We are looking to appoint an enthusiastic and self-motivated EYP to Southcote Primary School.

The successful candidate will:

  • Have a good working knowledge of the EYFS curriculum/practices and supporting children’s learning and development
  • Contribute to assessment, planning and behaviour management
  • Demonstrate good interpersonal skills with team members and parents
  • Be qualified to at least NVQ Level 3 with previous experience of working with young children and parents
  • Be able to work as a key worker for a group of children.
