This is an exciting and varied role for someone who wants to make a difference by providing an outstanding, personal admin support service to our Education Executive Team, including the Chief Executive, to optimise their effectiveness in leading our Trust and supporting our schools.

Based out of our central offices in Reading, the post holder will take the initiative, using personal judgement and a strong working knowledge of CST services to resolve internal and external customer and client issues, and deal appropriately with confidential or sensitive information on a daily basis.

As gatekeeper for direct access to the CEO’s and Education Executive Team’s time, the Executive Assistant will:

  • Deliver excellent communications when dealing with incoming calls, email and post, highlight urgent correspondence or refer as appropriate, or draft responses for the Chief Executive/Directors. Follow up and monitor that all has been answered.
  • Build effective relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Ensure regular meetings are arranged and communications flow seamlessly between individuals, the rest of the central team and schools.

The post holder will also be responsible for line managing the CST Administrative Support Team.
