Harpsden Pre-School is recruiting for a Supervisor to start no later than December 2017.

We are a friendly and caring pre-school for children from 2½ to 5 years old. The successful applicant will lead a dedicated and well-qualified team in a lovely country location with an emphasis on learning through play and outdoor learning.

Applicants must have a relevant qualification in Childcare, minimum of NVQ Level 3 or equivalent. Applicants to have a strong commitment to young children and families, a willingness to learn, the ability to work proactively using initiative, and to operate very well as part of a small, strong and supportive team.

Hours to be agreed.

Pay scale £11.12 to £12.44 per hour dependent on experience, plus holiday pay and pension.

We need a strong team player with a good eye for detail, strong communication skills, and tactful perseverance! SIMS and/or school office experience would be beneficial. This is a varied job in a busy office, so a sense of humour combined with the ability to prioritise and multi-task is important.
