We are looking for an inspirational, dynamic, outstanding leader to become the Inclusion Manager across our federated Nursery, Infant and Junior Schools.

The successful candidate will be a qualified SENCO and a qualified and successful teacher with strong experience of leading others. They will be an advocate for inclusion and be committed to the education and social well-being of every child in our federation.

Excellent communication skills and the ability to manage both their own time and the time of those they manage will be key strengths along with the ability to delegate efficiently and form excellent partnerships with parents and carers. The successful candidate will be able to demonstrate the drive and skills to raise standards of pupils’ attainment and achievement and will have experience across all primary phases.
