Our Governors wish to appoint a

Permanent Part time Year 1 teacher

This can be either Tuesday afternoon, Wednesday, Thursday & Friday each week (0.6846 FTE) or Wednesday afternoon, Thursday and Friday (0.4846 FTE).

The contract will include the wording: ‘You are required to cover the planned absences of your job share partner (Name inserted) – and will be paid single time for additional hours undertaken, up to the equivalent of full time hours. If your job share partner leaves and either you are not able to work the additional hours or a replacement cannot be found within reasonable timescales, other working arrangements will be considered (eg part time working or redeployment) subject to the organisational needs of the school. Where it is not possible to put in place alternative working arrangements and redeployment is not successful, you may be dismissed subject to the usual notice requirements.’
