Teaching and Learning (Work Experience and Academic Pathway)

We are seeking to appoint three committed, visionary and creative professionals who can work closely with pupils, colleagues, the Governing Body, parents, and the wider community to ensure high quality learning is consistently experienced by pupils across each of our three curriculum pathways.

All three curriculum pathways offer an exciting range of individualised and diverse learning opportunities that develop the whole child and maximise opportunities for life into adulthood.

The successful candidates will be able to develop a robust strategy for teaching and learning that aligns with the vision and values of the school. They will have a rigorous approach to the analysis of pupil progress and be able to develop effective and innovative methods for monitoring, evaluating and reviewing provision across their allocated pathway.
