We are looking for a caring, enthusiastic and energetic individual and are keen to hear from teachers in Early Years, Primary or Secondary mainstream who are looking to move into special educational needs, as well as those currently working in special schools. We will consider applications for job share.

Salary: TMS/UPS, dependent upon experience, plus 1 SEN point (£2,085).

We are looking for an enthusiastic lead teacher to support students in gaining a good grasp of basic skills in numeracy and literacy.

The successful candidate will be able to support and direct staff members in maximising students potential. This is a varied and challenging role requiring a flexible approach and the ability to offer wider curricula areas to young people who have often not had good experience of education.

You will be part of a small but dedicated team who offer individualised, young-person centred timetables and programmes of learning.

You will be self-motivated, experienced and prepared to go the extra mile.

Salary: Up to £37,000 for the right candidate, depending upon experience and skills being offered. We are happy to consider a joint application for a job share.
