The Oxford Diocesan Board of Education has 283 schools, of which all but 12 cover the primary phase. We are seeking a School Link Adviser (Buckinghamshire and Milton Keynes) and a SIAMS Adviser (working across Oxfordshire, Buckinghamshire and Berkshire), to support our family of schools. The School Link Adviser is a full-time role but also may be open to candidates who are seeking a part-time or secondment opportunity. Some evening and weekend work will be required.

We are looking for individuals with a proven track record as a head teacher or senior leader in a primary school or in recent advisory/consultancy work and who can demonstrate school improvement experience and an ability to build and maintain effective relationships with a wide range of stakeholders.
